Pizza night

After about 4 -5 attempts to find the perfect pizza dough recipe and mechanism, i can now say i have nailed it. With the help of my new KitchenAid, the dough turned out great, and best of all, it was done very cleanly. Pizza night may need to become a weekly special at the Morris home. Byron was already asking today when we can make them again -- "soon Honey, very soon. Next week :)"



We even had enough for leftovers.
