Ingredients:
- 1 cup of elbow macaroni noodles (measured dry), then cooked according to the package directions
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pour cooked macaroni into a casserole dish and add margarine, then allow a few minutes for the hot noodles to melt the margarine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook at 350 for one hour.
